DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday. When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a day off during the week to maintain work-life balance. As our Bilingual Customer Service Rep, your day begins with a smile and a mission to support our valued customers-whether they walk through the door, call on the phone, send an email, or reach out via text. You’ll be the heartbeat of our front-line communication, answering questions, guiding clients through service or sales needs, and making sure they feel seen and heard. Your bilingual skills will be critical in making Spanish-speaking customers feel right at home. Every interaction you handle is an opportunity to build loyalty and trust, making you a key contributor to the overall customer experience.
