DSA Doors, the leading premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, has an opening for a Sales Specialist with CAD drafting or interpreting skillset in the Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team as a Custom Order Specialist . You will be the point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our architectural services. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits, plus an opportunity to earn monthly sales bonus! Responsibilities Manage custom orders from inception to delivery, including working directly with clients to clarify technical specifications. Review customer-submitted CAD drawings and collaborate with designers to ensure manufacturability. Convert customer specifications into clear production instructions. Generate quotes and timelines for custom orders. Advise clients on material choices, finishes, and design options. Provide feedback to customers on production timelines, delays, and technical challenges. Ensure all custom orders meet quality standards and customer expectations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information is provided to clients and that all details are captured for production. Input all communications and documents into the CRM system. Skills that will ensure your success: Analytical and curious; asking the 5 W’s Dedicated to quality and customer service Detailed and organized Time management Phone etiquette Knowledge of computer software and functions Minimum Qualifications & Preferences 2-4 years of experience in customer service, technical sales, or order management in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) or the ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple custom orders at different stages of production. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service.
