This individual will be instrumental in creating and executing recruiting processes for long-term success and be a champion of the candidate experience with a mindset of embracing the Nutanix Culture Principle of #obsessoverthecustomer, making sure all candidates have a stellar experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance. Your expertise will be the crucial link in transforming applicants into valued members of the Nutanix team.

You will report to the Team Lead, People Services, who champions a hands-on, supportive leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and embrace challenges. This role is hybrid, with the expectation for the new hire to be in the office in Durham two to three times a week, ensuring team cohesion and facilitating in-person collaboration.
- Your Role
- + Collaborate closely with Talent Advisors, cross-functional teams, and hiring leaders to generate and manage offer letters and essential hiring documentation for both internal and external candidates.
+ Partner with Legal, Global Mobility, and other functions to maintain contract templates and ensure accurate version control of contractual documents. + Manage the initiation of background checks while partnering with the Program Manager on escalations. + Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Maintain the integrity of candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite. + Drive and deliver supplemental regional training and enablement in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Programs team. + Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. + Meet a 24-hour service level agreement (SLA) for delivering approved offers to candidates, focusing on efficiency and timeliness. + Adapt to a hybrid work model, ensuring productive in-office collaboration two times per week.
- What You Will Bring
- + 2+ years in a recruiting coordination, people operations, or HR administrative role + Proven experience as a recruiting or hiring coordinator – managing offers & contracts at a dynamic and fast paced organization navigating multiple priorities simultaneously + Acute attention to detail, exceptionally organized, and strong time management skills + Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment + Experience with Jobvite (or similar ATS) and DocuSign preferred + Passionate about providing a white-glove candidate experience + Ability to properly handle sensitive/confidential information + Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 – 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 64,800 and USD $ 128,400 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
