Customer Experience Specialist SE Logo Wear Inc 303 South Broad Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist and help deliver exceptional service every step of the way! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused team member to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and enter customer orders from our webstore Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner Greet and assist customers with in-person order pickups Push purchase orders through to production Enter replacement orders and help resolve order issues promptly and effectively
