Full Job Description Job Summary:
ROAR Winston Salem is seeking Gaming Entertainment Staff to check in guests, operate, and maintain our various entertainment stations. This includes golf bay simulators with multiple game options, bowling lanes, a self-serve beer wall, and indoor mini golf. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests and should be able to provide top-notch customer service. Pay is $15/hr including tips .
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the golf bay simulators, ensuring they are in good working condition, and are calibrated to provide accurate data for golfers. Ensuring gear equipment is stocked and ready for play.
- Manage the bowling lanes by ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly, overseeing the scoring system, and helping guests with any questions or concerns.
- Monitor the self-serve beer wall, ensuring that it is functioning properly. Selling wristband access and providing guidance to guests on how to use the system and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Manage the indoor mini-golf course, ensuring that it is clean and safe for guests, and helping with any issues that arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering their questions, and ensuring that they have a remarkable experience.
- Keep an eye on the flow of guests and the cleanliness of the entertainment areas, addressing any issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Any reasonable task related to the successful operation of ROAR that is asked of me by management.
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Knowledge of golf, bowling, esports, and/or mini-golf preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
