What You’ll Do:

Responsible for booking calls on the board. Outbound from our database for the best calls first until we’re too busy with inbound calls. Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our field team Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers before, during, and after service Maintain accurate records in our customer management system Help resolve customer concerns and ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role (HVAC or trades industry preferred but not required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities A calm, friendly demeanor-even under pressure A team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Ready to grow with a company that puts people first?
