CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF HOTEL EXPERIENCE

! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in representing our hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and amenities. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Assist with guest relations by resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about hotel policies, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant recommendations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Experience in front desk operations or guest services is highly desirable. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance guest interactions. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction are essential.
