What You’ll Do As a VR Customer Service Specialist , you’ll be the face of Ctrl V—welcoming guests and guiding them through unforgettable experiences.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Greeting and checking in guests Assisting with waivers and station assignments Helping customers set up and navigate VR games Troubleshooting hardware/software issues Cleaning and maintaining equipment Using the POS for bookings, refunds, and sales General arcade upkeep (trash, vacuuming, etc.) Opening and closing procedures What We’re Looking For We need teammates who are: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Great at multitasking and staying organized Strong communicators (verbal and written) Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable in fast-paced environments Team players who take direction well Physically active—you’ll be on your feet a lot!
