General Summary :

The Customer Service Representative role will play a key part in supporting our retail and online customers, including major accounts like Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon. Should have experience in inside sales and eCommerce account management and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing order processing, managing and executing special projects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Typical work activities : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2C and eCommerce accounts, including (but not limited to) Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon. Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email and eCommerce platforms. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on company websites and third-party marketplaces. Monitor and resolve issues related to chargebacks, compliance requirements, and performance metrics for big box accounts. Create and maintain reports on customer activity, order trends, and sales performance. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and coordinating with marketing for online product visibility. Stay up to date with marketplace policies and customer expectations for each retailer platform. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management, preferably in a B2C or eCommerce setting. Proven experience working with big box retailers such as Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon. Familiarity with vendor portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Retail Link) is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM or ERP systems. Basic knowledge of website management and eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce). Basic knowledge of project/team platforms (e.g. Monday, Jira) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiar with shipping platforms (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO for product listings. Previous experience with inventory management or logistics coordination. Experience with Power BI.
