Customer Service Clerk/Cashier Moose Pharmacy 125 West Central Avenue, Mount Holly, NC 28120 The retail pharmacy experience is broken. Nearly every pharmacy is a nightmare to wait in lines, understand the prescription process, get the correct copay information, and coordinate with doctors-and worst of all, they all fail to focus on the customer as family. We are looking for some great staff who love helping our patients. You should enjoy making complicated situations simple and painless and have a passion for our mission in changing the pharmacy experience. You’ll be responsible for providing unprecedented customer service at Moose Pharmacy . You’ll help us interact with customers on the phone and in person, create and edit patient documentation such as address and contact information, check in the daily order, as well as be involved some cutting edge patient care models we’ve designed. Expects all of the above from their coworkers and the organization they work for. If hired, partial duties will include: Complete comprehension and efficiency of pharmacy Point of Sale software. Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality. Provide quality customer service to patients and our healthcare providers. Answer phone quickly with excellent customer service Demonstrate organization skills and assist with merchandising
Must Have:
Outgoing, friendly personality. Good computer skills. Good problems solving skills and be self motivated.
