Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position supports Operations and Business Development bymanaging customer and vendor services, including processingcustomer orders, vendor onboarding, shipment coordination,recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting. The role also includescoordinating site drivers and organizing their pick-up schedules toensure efficient and compliant material handling for pre-processingand co-processing of kiln materials.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

Accurately process and record customer, vendor, and internaltransactions, including order entry, vendor shipments, invoicing,and documentation. Coordinate daily logistics and scheduling of site drivers,ensuring timely and efficient pick-ups and deliveries. Communicate regularly with transporters to arrange and confirminbound and outbound shipments. Manage material pre-qualification process for assigned Geocyclelocations. Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documentationand regulatory reporting for Geocycle materials. Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internalstakeholders to support seamless operations. Process and receive incoming shipments, including performinggoods receipts in SAP. Track and report on materials, invoices, and relevant KPIs asassigned. Support ongoing training and development and perform otherduties as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving andadhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all workenvironments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibitthese behaviors. Other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree

Additional Education Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study Preferred:

Business Required Work Experience:

1-3 years, CDL license preferred

Required Computer and Software Skills:

Command, Lotus Notes,Microsoft Office, Trimble, and Google Earth Additional Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills, especially incoordinating logistics and transportation. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintainingaccuracy and compliance. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols andproper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment(“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Employees thatare required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where therespirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative andquantitative fit tests.
