Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and service inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client services and support. Assist in the resolution of customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills. Experience Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Demonstrated proficiency in handling customer support issues with professionalism and empathy.
