Come grow with us! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Internal Sales, CSR Warranty/Replacement, product support teams. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for understanding our full range of products, handling customer phone calls, order processing, product/shipping complaints and warranty issues. Here are some of the things you will be expected to accomplish:

  • Provide technical support for end users, external sales reps, OEMs, distributors and their accounts including product recommendations, substitutions and troubleshooting installation problems
  • Maintain direct contact with customers/consumers by telephone and electronically and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments to meet emerging customer requirements
  • Stay current with knowledge of Blum products, the kitchen cabinet industry and the market
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and follow up on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met
  • Handle customer phone calls, and tickets related to warranty and replacement requests
  • Provide limited technical support for end users, external sales reps, OEMs, distributors & their accounts including product recommendations, substitutions & troubleshooting
  • Maintain warranty and replacement warehouse inventory (keep records of movements, inventory, replenishment)
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ needs & follow up on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met.
  • Job Requirements
    Ideally, having 2 years of experience in a customer service role and knowledge of the kitchen cabinet industry will help you take on new and challenging assignments.
    Additional requirements for this position include:
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Call center analytics experience is helpful
  • Able to read and understand product catalogues or technical drawings
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required
  • Proficient using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Effective at gathering information through the process of interviews and other probing methods
  • Strong focus and attention to detail with a keen eye for consistency and high standard of excellence
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers, programs, databases and their applications as needed
  • Ability to work a flexible office schedule (Monday
