Key Responsibilities

• Provide 100% phone-based customer service support for aftermarket accounts.
• Enter and manage customer orders, returns, and claims in SAP ERP.
• Perform customer order reconciliation and alignment.
• Track corrective actions related to service issues and ensurepletion.
• Assist with escalated customer calls and support the creation of follow-up reports.
• File and report shipping claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Back up other accounts and team members as needed.
• Operate standard office equipment includingputer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
• Perform all tasks in a professional, positive, and team-oriented manner.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across customer service processes.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with stronganizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
