Description We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting various operational functions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with attention to detail.
• Support purchasing processes by coordinating orders, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Assist with customer service activities, including tracking orders and providing updates to clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications for internal reporting purposes.
• Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing activities.
• Handle basic accounting tasks related to orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, purchasing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with buying processes and supply chain operations is preferred.
• Proactive and self-motivated personality with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
