Description We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting various operational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with attention to detail.
- Support purchasing processes by coordinating orders, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assist with customer service activities, including tracking orders and providing updates to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications for internal reporting purposes.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing activities.
- Handle basic accounting tasks related to orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, purchasing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with buying processes and supply chain operations is preferred.
- Proactive and self-motivated personality with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
