Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting our sales team and customer base across assigned territories. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining sales orders, resolving issues to ensure timely and accurate shipments, and acting as a key liaison between sales, supply chain, and distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong organizational and communication skills, and has experience supporting
ERP & B2B
operations—preferably in the furniture industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support a group of sales representatives and their customers by managing order flow and responding to inquiries Enter, review, and maintain sales orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay or disrupt order fulfillment or shipment Collaborate closely with the supply chain and distribution teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve inventory or logistics challenges Answer and manage customer calls regarding new or existing order status, replacement parts, product issues or concerns, etc. Work closely with Supply Chain Team on direct container orders to ensure timely delivery to customer carriers and subsequent billing documents are processed Monitor customer EDI transactions and acknowledgments Maintain organized records of customer orders, communications, requirements and problem resolution steps Use internal systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Magento (B2B) and Microsoft Office applications to manage and track order data
Skills/Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer service or order management role, ideally in a wholesale or manufacturing environment, furniture industry experience, a plus Experience working with EDI transaction sets and understanding of EDI order processing Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional demeanor

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
