Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with people, resolving issues efficiently, and turning customers into passionate advocates for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and concerns. Provide detailed, knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, and availability. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer needs effectively. Accurately process and manage data across various platforms. Support the Sales team with administrative and customer-related tasks. Handle incoming orders, process payments, and manage account changes. Maintain account records, including placement/removal of holds and updates to account information. Assist the Sales Manager with sample requests
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment. Team-oriented with a flexible and cooperative mindset. Competent in understanding and executing written and verbal instructions.
