The CSR serves as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone and email.

Responsibilities include:

Managing incoming and outgoing calls Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch Maintaining accurate customer records Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements & Compensation:

1+ year of customer service experience Experience with scheduling and dispatching is a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Full-time (40 hours/week), including some
