Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Assist internal and external clients with requests and problems in a timely manner
Support inbound call queue handling client calls to process payroll, enter payroll information, and answer questions for clients in multiple states
Learn and maintain knowledge of payroll processing system to develop a trusted relationship with our clients
Responsible for payroll and audit functions of multiple clients
Balance respective payrolls based on year-end calendar by defined due dates
Prepare off-cycle payrolls and manual checks as necessary
Input data into software within required deadlines accurately
Manage email correspondence
Record necessary changes/updates as appropriate
Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
Additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the payroll TPA industry Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required
Acute detail and accuracy skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Excellent customer relation skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks #LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid CBIZ.
