Job Description
Product Support 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Greensboro, NC 27409 8am-5pm $20 an hr The Customer Service Representative & Product Support role is essential to maintaining the exceptional service. This position focuses on accurate order entry, clear communication, and efficient coordination with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The Customer Service & Product Support role focuses on helping consumers understand, use, and troubleshoot products. This role is essential for ensuring positive customer experience, resolving technical or usage issues, and assisting with warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond and provide clear guidance to consumer inquiries via phone, email and ticketing system platform, regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting. 2. Process product claims and warranty requests promptly and professionally. 3. Accurately document all consumer interactions in the ticketing system. 4. Serve as a backup for other customer service team members during absences. 5. Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 6. Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. At least 3 years’ experience in customer service. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within sales and marketing fields. 3. Must have high level of interpersonal skills. 4. Must have negotiation skills, problem solving, skills, demonstrated oral & written skills, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently and as a contributory team member. 5. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 6. Knowledge of printers, faxes, and general office equipment necessary 7. Must have working and proficient knowledge of and/or the ability to learn a variety of computer software applications in database, and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); Preferred 8.
