Whitsett, North Carolina Description Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital is now hiring for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team at the front desk!
Schedule:
this is a part-time position, working approximately 22-26 hours per week. Shift will be 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, once training period has been completed as well as every other Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients Process invoice payments Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian Accurately input data into computer software Preferred Qualifications High school diploma Weekend availability as needed Veterinary experience is preferred.
