Angier, NC Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch
BILINGUAL IN SPANISH REQUIRED. MUST HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pay:
$17/hour The primary responsibilities for this role include handling incoming telephone calls, processing payments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and addressing incoming email inquiries. This position will also be responsible for opening both personal and commercial insurance policies. The specific types of policies involved encompass personal auto, commercial auto, homeowners, dwelling fire personal policies, general liability, workers’ compensation, personal and commercial umbrella policies, and business owners’ policies. Furthermore, the role requires explaining insurance coverages to clients and providing excellent customer service support.
