We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry companions.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including invoicing and payments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data is entered promptly Assist with general administrative tasks and support the veterinary team as needed Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary or medical preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Proficient with computers and scheduling software A genuine love for animals and compassion for their owners
