You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring smooth communication with the back lot.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival and assist with their needs Answer phone calls and direct inquiries Use Microsoft products to maintain records and communicate Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Work closely with the back lot team to ensure coordination

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Bilingual preferred Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus Strong observational and record-keeping skills Reliable and punctual Notary preferred
