This position is important to our company, there is opportunity for growth as the company grows. This position will report directly to the GM. Hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Duties Include:
Create quotes and sales orders in company planning software Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls / take messages Reception, greeting walk-in customers and vendors Assist salespeople with various tasks, including sending emails or arranging travel Interacting with customers via telephone, email or in-person Assist with marketing projects Excel or Word document creation Other duties as assigned A successful candidate will possess: Friendly and Outgoing Personality Attention to Detail Basic Adobe Illustrator skills Self-Discipline Courteous Attitude Self-Determination Able to Work Independently A Desire to Learn and Master New Skills Excellent PC/MAC Skills Strong Microsoft Office Skills A Strong Desire to be Part of a TEAM No relocation assistance is offered with this position.
