Responsibilities:
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally Work closely with operations to schedule and coordinate services Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and track service performance Provide training and guidance to customer service team members Support contract renewals and client communications Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience (landscaping or construction preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
