Pillows ( Retail, Hospitality & Healthcare) Mattress Toppers Duvets Healthcare Products We are looking for a Customer Service team member that will be responsible for the following; Handles incoming and outgoing calls and emails from customers. Process sales orders, comparing to customers purchase orders and or customers previous orders. Works with other departments to ensure custom orders are processed and entered in the system correctly. Proof reading all orders to ensure accuracy, before items go into production. Proficient in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint This is a fast pace work environment, attention to detail is necessary
