Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. - Participate in product knowledge training to better serve customers and assist with inquiries.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar office-based role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
