Customer Service Representative Position Available In Lee, North Carolina

Customer Service Representative Raleigh Executive Jetport 700 Rod Sullivan Road, Sanford, NC 27330 Part-time (20-30 hours/week) with possibility for full-time. Must be available weekends. Job Description. position includes greeting customers, answering phones, taking fuel orders, ringing up fuel orders in the computer POS system, and taking payment from customers. Maintains accurate records, including fuel logs and sales receipts. Assist in additional administrative duties. Serves as a liaison among airport clients, the general public, and airport management. Requirements. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work in a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment, have mathematical, technological and organizational skills needed to maintain accurate records, and have customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and diverse members of the general public. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Starting Salary. $16/hour.
