What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the face of the shop : greet customers, build relationships, and set expectations Write service tickets and create digital estimates in Shop-Ware Clearly explain inspection results, needed repairs, and cost breakdowns Follow up throughout the day and overcome objections with confidence and empathy Coordinate parts and technician workflow to keep the shop humming Close repair orders, collect payment, and deliver a 5-star experience Hit sales and GP$ targets without ever compromising integrity
What We Expect:
At least 1 year experience as a service advisor (automotive industry preferred) Comfort using modern shop management systems (Shop-Ware experience is a plus) Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and digital High level of urgency, accuracy, and accountability Willing to learn, adapt, and grow into a leadership role
