Our AT&T Client Representatives work with businesses to provide our customers with products and services at an affordable and competitive price. Our AT&T Client Representatives will represent AT&T, a global leader in telecommunications, and redefine what it means to provide customer service. As an AT&T Client Representative with our company, you will service customers and local businesses by presenting products to them that increase their overall satisfaction, providing customers with expert product support and answering all the questions they have about services we offer. The AT&T Client Representative will assist in sales orders, be a reliable resource for our customers and continue to gain extensive knowledge in the field. Responsibilities of an
AT&T Client Representative:
Work with customers and business owners to introduce products and services AT&T offers, present solutions to their telecommunication needs, and broaden awareness of service Expertly guide customers through the account set up and sales process Create the ideal business and customer experience by bringing wireless and internet services directly to them for convenience and quick solutions Explain the benefits of the services and offer any promotions if available for monthly savings Shadow senior management staff to learn the ins and outs of business and services, including sales, customer service, team management and business development Continue to shadow and train to be an expert in the AT&T Client Representative role Qualifications of an
AT&T Client Representative:
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, client representative or similar role Looking to gain experience and expand in the telecommunications industry Familiarity with technology services, computer skills, providing customer service. An interest in management, sales, and gaining training Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$3,250.00 – $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
