Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer Confirms appointments Keep service lanes clear and running smoothly Expedites dispatch vehicles Assists customers on the Service Drive, directing them to scheduled Service Advisor Assists the Service Advisors Valet customer and courtesy vehicles Review service visit with customer Other customer service duties may be assigned Qualifications/Requirements•Service Greeter /

Porter:

Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills•we are looking for a very friendly and conversational ‘people person’ No previous automotive experience is necessary. We will train!
