This position requires a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Engage with customers through in-person interactions. Maintain a clean work area. Sign up customers for loyalty program Work on sales floor organizing, sizing sections, and making displays. Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Foster positive relationships with customers by actively listening and responding to their needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Ragging sales floor as necessary Handling customers with donations. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
