Job Overview Customer Service Ambassador – is responsible for identifying and finding resolutions for customer issues; finds a diplomatic way to de-escalate those issues and resolve situations effectively for both internal and external customers. Focuses on customer engagement, centered around enhancing and addressing myCoke ordering and overall use of the ecommerce platform. Provides general sales support including troubleshooting, answering questions, first call resolution and technical support.
Duties & Responsibilities General customer support by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving via phone, email or chat
Build and maintain customer relationships
Escalating complex customer issues to the correct team or leader
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Customer Connection Hub, as well as field sales and distribution roles Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong attention to detail and implementation/follow-up skills required
Excellent planning and organizational skills required
Proficiency using multiple screens, simultaneous use of multiple computer applications and multitasking skills required
Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to work variable schedule, including weekends and holidays as required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications One (or more) years of previous customer service experience preferred
Food/beverage industry experience preferred Work Environment Office environment
