What We Offer:
Competitive Salary:

$50,000 – $60,000+ annually, based on experience.

Discovery ABA provides high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21 in North Carolina, and multiple other states throughout the US. Whether in-home, at our center, or in schools, we focus on empowering children with autism and providing their families with the tools and support they need to thrive. Your Role:

As a Client Care Service Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring families receive exceptional service and support from the moment they inquire about our programs. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families. Manage the intake process, gather essential information, and schedule initial sessions. Advocate for families, ensuring they understand our services and feel supported throughout their journey. Coordinate transitions in ABA programs, ensuring a smooth experience for families. Communicate with our clinical team to ensure every client’s needs are met, while maintaining accurate and timely records. This is a customer service-oriented role that requires a compassionate approach and excellent organizational skills. You’ll be the bridge that connects our families to the therapy they need, all while making a positive impact on their lives.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field

Skills:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities Proficiency with computers, databases, and software applications Experience with scheduling

Bonus:
