Description Point of contact between the company and their clients and resolving any issues that may arise. The responsibility is to research, document and retrieve information needed by collectors and clients to facilitate the timely collection process. 1.Research and retrieve information from clients, insurance companies or debtors needed to facilitate payment. 2.Data entry regarding response and status of information requested. 3.Prepares and researches payment requests. 4.Checks emails on regular basis for information or directives and response to emails in timely matter.
