Commercial Client Specialists support our Commercial Bankers indelivering concierge banking service to our clients. Youll provideadministrative and lending support while assisting the clients withlarge and complex accounts. This position also handles the entireprocess of any commercial, retail or consumer loan applicationthrough to the closing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Commercial LendingSupport to Commercial Relationship Managers Review and Fund LoansProcesses and administers commercial loans. Records new loans,establishes relevant files, processes loan payments and maintainsloan records. Obtains credit information and ensures sufficientloan collateral. Calculates loan items and charges such as interestand payments. Assists lending officers in activities such asdisbursement of funds and extension of new loans. Answers clientinquiries on bank products, services, accounts and policies; opensnew accounts; promotes cross-selling; researches and correctsaccount discrepancies. Prepares loan documents, notices, andperiodic loan reports. Assist with maintaining RelationshipManagers portfolios – clear loan, collateral and depositexceptions, credit exceptions, assist with past dues Be able toidentify clients’ operational needs and bank products/services tomeet these needs and establish proficiency. Provide assistance tothe banks clients in all areas of the clients’ relationship withthe bank, including loans, deposits, and other bank servicesAuthorize payment and fees of commercial client overdrafts Approveand process commercial client’s withdrawals on lines of creditCommunicate with clients, attorney’s, insurance companies, titlecompanies, and various other professionals Assist in orderingappraisals, flood determinations, UCC’s and familiar with OFAC Workclosely with Bankers, Underwriters, Loan Closers, Loan processingand legal documentation areas to ensure satisfactory closing ofloans to clients with supervision Train on loandocumentation/funding, LaserPro, and basic understanding ofattorney prepared documents Work closely with Bankers,Underwriters, and loan operations to ensure satisfactory on-goingmonitoring of loans to clients with supervision Work closely withBankers, Treasury Management, and deposit operations to ensuresatisfactory on-going monitoring of depository/Treasury Managementaccounts/services to clients Process wire requests for clients.

Assist other AAs and other departments with administrative supportwhen needed Performs all other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree inbusiness, finance, or economics preferred At least 4 – 6 years ofrelated experience in banking/financial services with clientservice exposure, experience in processing retail and/or commercialloans; or an equivalent combination of education, training, andexperience Experience as a commercial or private client lendingassistant is preferred Exceptional communication skills, bothwritten and oral; ability to interact up, down, and acrossorganizations Strong attention to detail, prioritization andmulti-tasking skills, and self-motivation Experience supporting aportfolio of affluent and high net worth clients preferred Familiarwith attorney prepared documents as well as domestic andinternational wire transfers preferred Experience with MicrosoftWord, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and a 10-key calculator
