Job Description

CSR – Customer Service Representative Ciba Health Davidson, NC 28036 Overview Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Duties Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Upsell products or services when appropriate Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly Skills Strong client services skills Proficiency in English Data entry accuracy and speed Sales experience is a plus Cash handling experience preferred Ability to provide exceptional customer support Strong customer service orientation Analytical skills to assess and address customer needs effectively Experience in a call center environment is beneficial

Job Type:
Contract Pay:

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Shift:

8 hour shift Day shift Morning shift

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Required) healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
