- What’s the Job?
- + Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving patient and provider inquiries related to products, services, and enrollment.
+ Manage both inbound and outbound communication effectively. + Provide accurate, timely verbal and written information to internal and external stakeholders. + Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, patients, and team members. + Adhere to established CRM processes and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions. + Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
- What’s Needed?
- + Experience in a patient-focused or healthcare provider-facing environment is
- required
- . + Previous experience in a high-volume contact center is
- strongly preferred
- . + Proven success working in a remote or hybrid work model. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and general computer operations. + Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com, is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
