This role is based in our new Charlotte, NC facility and will be looking after our ecommerce and wholesale accounts. It will be a great opportunity if you are customer focused, enjoy sales and work with a fantastic team.
What you will do:
Support a dedicated group of B2B customers by answering/assisting any inquiries, resolving issues or quoting on bulk orders. Answer inbound phone calls from new, wholesale & retail customers. Use of ticketing pipelines in HubSpot (Customer Relationship Manager software) to deliver a high level of support to our customers. Using
MYOB EXO
(Enterprise software) to manage and monitor order progress. Help with customer returns, credits and exchanges of orders. Build relationships with a selected group of B2B customers to encourage support of the range and grow sales. Completing wholesale applications & onboarding new customers. We want to work with someone who has: 1 year Customer Service – apparel, fashion or streetwear would be advantageous. Strong sales and negotiation skills and able to convert sales with a wide range of customers. Proven high levels of customer service skills. Competency with CRM systems and adapting to new software. Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders both internal and external. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
