Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and passionate about helping others while supporting the creative process behind the scenes. Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner Provide information about services, scheduling, and general company policies Assist clients with booking appointments and following up on project timelines Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams (production, scheduling, admin) to ensure smooth communication Help resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate team members Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative support roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Join us in making every customer interaction a positive one!
