Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
