Summary and Highlights:
The Customer Service Representative willmanage all aspects of customer service—from answering inquiries viaphone and email to processing orders and providing post-ordersupport. This role may also require a bit of sleuthing to resolvecustomer issues, so detective hats are welcome (metaphoricallyspeaking, unless you’re into that).
