Customer Service Representative Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to bank staff to assist with service inquiries and support requests.
• Facilitate the activation process for bank-issued fobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver friendly and attentive customer support to address questions and resolve issues.
• Perform programming tasks within back-end systems to maintain operational functionality.
• Troubleshoot and support issues in the bank’s internal system to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in equipment and PC training sessions to stay updated on tools and practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as creating pivot tables and organizing data.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with a thoughtful and experienced demeanor to build strong relationships. Requirements
• Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service environment.
• Skilled in data entry and email correspondence to support efficient workflows.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing order entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within internal systems.
• Prior experience in call center or customer service roles is highly desirable.
