Customer Service Representative 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 14401 Carowinds Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28273 We are hiring a group of experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a telecommunications program in our Charlotte call center. This team provides resolution to our customers, majorly by written communication, while making balanced decisions to protect our clients brand. This team must have strong partnerships with other teams in the organization to provide long term resolutions to our customers. This team has the ability to work with numerous tools in effort to fully research and provide our customers and frontline teams with specific and detailed information. In our ever-changing wireless industry, this team is able to provide important feedback to the business to help streamline current processes and be part of the solution for our customers.

Training Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday, 1pm-10pm
Production Schedule After Training:
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per/hr
THIS POSITION IS WORK IN OFFICE
Responsibilities Provide Resolution to Telecommunication Customers, majority by written communication. Making balance decisions to protect the customers brand Ability to complete Research across multiple systems Ability to work evenings, weekends, or varied shifts to support business needs. Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed Assisting supervisor in real time support, coaching and feedback. Qualifications Must have 6 plus months customer service experience Strong Verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Think critically, understand/solve problems Use technology/instruments/tools/information systems Adapt to frequent interruptions, changes in priorities and/or work locations Articulate/Comprehend verbal and written information Work under specific instruction Plan, prioritize, and structure daily activities Interact with others in a manner appropriate to the situation
