Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client services. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Troubleshoot service questions and product issues, escalating complex cases as needed Provide detailed information about Sparkbit360’s offerings and processes Log all interactions and case updates accurately in the CRM system Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and gather feedback Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate solutions and ensure client success Identify opportunities for service improvement and share insights with management Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in a tech, marketing, or professional services environment is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong problem-solving and active-listening abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your career in a supportive environment!
