As a CSR, you will continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty. The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to promote and represent our client’s brand in retail settings. You will act as the face of our company, interacting with customers to promote product information and ensure a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with our client’s customers face to face in a retail setting Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries. Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts.
