- Serve as the primary point of contact forcustomers, providing outstanding customer service and addressinginquiries, service requests, and concerns.
- Provide exceptionaland empathetic customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handledwith care and professionalism.
- Schedule service appointments forcustomers and coordinate with field technicians.
- Record andmanage customer information, service requests, and interactions inthe company’s database (Service Titan).
- Maintain accurate recordsof all customer interactions, including call logs and servicerequests.
- Assist in managing emergency service requests anddispatching technicians as needed.
- Address customer concerns,resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriateteam member.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures forquality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate withother team members and technicians as needed to ensure a seamlesscustomer service experience.
