Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all incoming customer warranty request to the Eastwood Homes’ Service Department
- Initiate all outbound communication to Homeowners from warranty submissions via the Eastwood Homes’ website
- Assist in the resolution of service related issues
- Support in documenting all action items related to warranty requests
- Manage all company initiatives with regard to service after the sale
- Issue follow-up communication to customers to ensure a smooth transition into their new home

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- Availability Monday-Friday 8:30-5 pm
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Homebuilding and/or warranty industry
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage tight deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Thorough working knowledge of Windows operating system as well as various office software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
