Customer Service & Technical Support Representative 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28217 We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to provide expert assistance for our ventilation equipment. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, support order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via phone and email Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and account questions Coordinate order entry, shipping, and follow-up for ventilation systems Read schematics and wiring diagrams to guide troubleshooting Provide product training to customers and technicians, in-house and on-site Update technical guides and contribute to internal knowledge resources Maintain accurate customer records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Participate in on-call technical support rotation and occasional travel
