We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with prior call center experience and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, technically savvy, and comfortable working in a structured support environment that requires strict schedule adherence to ensure optimal phone coverage. This role involves providing Level 1 or 2 support via phone and email to end-users, with a focus on resolution over call volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer-centric support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at a Level 1 or Level 2 capacity Maintain strict adherence to call center schedules to ensure proper phone coverage Deliver timely and effective solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution Document support interactions and technical solutions accurately Collaborate with peers and escalate issues when necessary Provide support across a range of platforms and environments

Required Qualifications:

Previous call center experience is preferred Prior experience in a technical support role (Level 1 or Level 2) Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC skills Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced , support-driven environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction

Preferred Tools/Technologies:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Basic knowledge of operating systems and network concepts Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
